2.5 in Dust Collector Hose Ceiling Swivel Mount

2.5-inch ceiling swivel mount to allow for ease of hose mobility during CNC operation. 

Materials required:

M3-18mm (x1)

M3-Washer (x1)

M3-Nylon Nut (x1)

Ziptie (x2)

Filament: PLA, PETG, ABS, NYLON, PCCF

Recommend PETG for strength and flexibility

Infil: 15% minimum (recommended 20%)

Layer Height: 0.2 (As desired)

Supports: Yes (for bolt holes)

Assembly:

1. Insert the M3 nylon lock nut into the ceiling mount (tight tolerances, recommend using the M3 bolt to pull the nut into place). 
2. Insert the M3-18 mm bolt into the hose clamp bracket thread, or push it fully until it is completely seated in the recess.
3. Place the washer onto the M3 bolt between the hose clamp bracket and the ceiling mount (see picture for details)
4. Thread the M3 bolt into the nylon nut, fully tighten it, and then back it out ¼ to ½ turn. The mount should be able to spin freely.
5. Attach the 2.5" dust collector or shopvac hose to the clamp bracket and use zipties to secure it in place.

TOLERANCES are tight, expect resistance during assembly.  The nylon nut is easily seated using the bolt pull method.
