SOVOL SV08 AUTO FEEDER BUFFER MOUNT

Mount the SV08 Max auto feeder buffer onto your SV08 OG printer. For use with Demon Klipper Essentials Unified macro set! link below.

BOM:

x3 M3 10mm cap head bolts

x2 Voron spec M3 heat set inserts

Uses original auto feeder mounting bolts (x2 M3 40mm cap head bolts)

CANBUS network - BTT U2C module

PRINTING:

Print in PETG/ASA/ABS 02-03 layer height & 15-40% infill as you see fit.

NO SUPPORTS REQUIRED

ASSEMBLY:

Install the x2 heat set inserts into the two innermost holes the mount.

If you don't have an enclosure print & use the Spacer file to file in the gap on the frame under the auto feeder mount. You may need to adjust the Z height of the Spacer in your slicer to get the perfect fit. The current Z height (thickness) of the STL is correct in CAD.

Use the M3 10mm bolts on the two upper right side panel mounting holes & the upper centre panel mounting hole to attach the auto feeder mount to the printer. Check the rear side of the Z tower to make sure your bolt ends don't stick out past the edge bolt hole.

WARNING! DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN mounting bolts or DO NOT use longer bolts, as then the bolts will interfere with Z Axis operation!! 

If this occurs then possible printer damage may result! Don't leave a bad review or low stars because you didn't listen! 

Install the Sovol auto feeder buffer module.

Feed PTFE tube through upper guide & into the top of the auto feeder.

USAGE:

To utilise this system you will need to install & use the companion macros system. Usable on both stock Sovol Klipper. the Sovol feeder is no longer compatible with Mainline Klipper due to recent changes in Klippers move handling system.
