This is a functional 3D-printable pocket hole punch with a clean and practical design. It is sturdy, easy to print, requires no supports or overhangs, and features a highlighted center mark that remains visible even when closed. The integrated 10 cm ruler adds extra functionality, and the punch can be easily stored in binders for convenient transport.

Assembly and disassembly are simple, and the model is designed to be multicolor printable without an AMS—just two manual filament swaps are needed.

General Print Instructions

• Material: Use a robust filament such as PETG
• Perimeters: 3
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Speed: Print at regular/slow speed for precise teeth

Multicolor Printing (0.2 mm layer height)

• Start with a base color of your choice
• Swap to a contrasting color at layer 16
• Swap again at layer 18
• Tip: Add a 2-loop skirt until layer 18 to act as a purge tower for clean swaps
• The included .3mf file contains all multicolor preferences

Assembly

• You will need two 40 mm pieces of filament
• Place the lid on the base fully opened
• Slide filament into the holes until they snap into place (wiggle if needed)
• Open and close a few times to smooth out excess material

Dies ist ein funktionaler, 3D-druckbarer Locher für unterwegs mit einem schlichten und praktischen Design. Er ist stabil, leicht zu drucken, benötigt keine Stützstrukturen oder Überhänge und besitzt eine hervorgehobene Mittenmarkierung, die auch im geschlossenen Zustand sichtbar bleibt. Zudem ist ein 10-cm-Lineal integriert. Dank der Lochung kann der Locher bequem in Ordnern transportiert werden.

Die Montage und Demontage ist einfach, und das Modell ist für Mehrfarbendruck ohne AMS ausgelegt – es sind lediglich zwei manuelle Filamentwechsel erforderlich.

Allgemeine Druckeinstellungen

• Material: Robustes Filament wie PETG verwenden
• Perimeter: 3
• Schichthöhe: 0,2 mm
• Düse: 0,4 mm
• Geschwindigkeit: Mit normaler/langsamer Geschwindigkeit drucken für saubere Zähne

Mehrfarbendruck (0,2 mm Schichthöhe)

• Mit einer Grundfarbe nach Wahl beginnen
• Bei Schicht 16 zu einer Kontrastfarbe wechseln
• Bei Schicht 18 erneut wechseln
• Tipp: Einen 2-fachen Skirt bis Schicht 18 hinzufügen, damit die Filamentwechsel sauber bleiben
• Die beiliegende .3mf-Datei enthält alle Einstellungen für den Mehrfarbendruck

Montage

• Benötigt werden zwei 40 mm lange Filamentstücke
• Deckel im vollständig geöffneten Zustand auf die Basis legen
• Filament in die Löcher schieben, bis es einrastet (ggf. leicht wackeln)
• Mehrmals öffnen und schließen, um überschüssiges Material zu entfernen
