RepRack - No centre, easy print

Most people don't use the the centre rod and I think it looks a little goofy so I made a version without.

Looking through the remixes to try and find a version like this I noticed a lot of people prefer chamfers over fillets so I changed that while I was at it.

Everything else is the same, great racks find the rest of the parts from the original Repkord upload.

I removed the spot where the single centre cross bar attaches. I also changed the fillet to a chamfer.
