I didn't find any designs that I liked for organizing the 125mm pads for the Mirka Deros systainer. I found most to waste space and not giving easy access to the pads.
So I made this modular one instead. I made it in 2 parts so it's printable on most machines.
There are dividers for all Abranet grits + 40 grit, misc, used & pad savers. I've also included a blank divider if you prefer to make your own text.
Note: The pads will contact the inlay inside of the lid. The lid will need a gentle push for it to close the last 8mm.
WARNING! Do not print unless you have calibrated both printer and filament. The design is heavily dependent on the printer being able to print square in all directions, as well as having the correct flow and pressure advance/linear advance set for the filament.
