Prusa XL/CORE One L Knight Helmet

A fantasy knight helmet made in to showcase the print volume of the Prusa XL and CORE One L printers. Featured in the Prusa Academy XL and CORE One L Beginners' Courses.

The helmet and visor are printed separately, together, including supports, the whole print consumes about 900 grams of filament. We used Prusament PLA Pearl Mouse.

We have tested the helmet on several colleagues (including brave Sir Prusa Guy, as you can see in one of the pictures above), so we can safely say it fits most, if not all head sizes. 😀 The CORE One L version has a slightly smaller collar, but the head part size is the same. You can further improve the fit and make the helmet more comfortable by gluing pieces of soft sponge rubber inside.
