how to print anything?glue a sheet of paper on your prusa mini PEI print bed using wood glue express from pattex-it will keep paper on the print bed cut out then the paper part to fit the print bed size!

use a colored glue stick from pritt to act as a primer coat on paper for PLA

for TPU use the wood glue from pattex to coat instead. 80C is ok. maybe not above 100C.

let both dry before starting the 3d printing.

theating of the print bed allows fast drying of the glue.

the part is easily tear off the paper then- the pAPER MAY STICK TO THE PART BUT put the part in warm water and scratch the paper residues away.

the same for the plate, use warm water to remove the paper from the PEI print be sheet

I added a tesla valve recorder design as noone can upload a tutorial herein!

her an example of a newly set piece of paper as sacrificial layer!

Another point, I did the tesla design using a skeletonal stroke using the old free expression 3.3 creatures software amazing freeware for cartoon design! which is not Maintained but I cannot tell if it works on new windows above w7..? then using export to pdf import In Inkscape then save as svg as expression cannot... It works like a charm import the svg as geometry in freecad. I may have the exe I have ever dl at that time! available

Extruding it and using boolean operation to get my stuff done! Works!
