I designed a bike stand which holds one tire of your bike. The tirewidth ist adjustable from 25mm up to 75mm. It has to be a tight fit, so that the bike doesn't tip over

It works best when used on the front tire. Dont expect a really sturdy solution if you want to push it around, but on the other hand, it works well for storing my bikes, without using so much filament.

For better results I recommend gluing some rubber to the feet, like you see on the picture. Just use some old bicycle tube.

I printed mine with ABS with 4 perimeters, 20% infill and it uses around 350g of filament. The design itself is sturdy enough not to break, even when tipped over.

Needed Hardware:

  • M5 x 20mm (4x)

  • M4 x 35mm (4x)

  • M4 Nuts (4x)

  • M5 Heated Insert (4x)

Assembly:

  1. The heated inserts go in into the black parts, like you can see on the picture.

  2. Use the M4 screws and nuts to connect the black parts with each other. Just slide the nuts into the notch and screw in the screws.Use the M4 screws and nuts to connect the black parts with each other. Just slide the nuts into the notch and screw in the screws.

  3. Connect the white and the black parts with the help of the M5 screws. Measure your Tires before, otherwise you have to adjust by try and error. You can use the line indicators for easy adjustment of every screw.
