End mill tray 1x18 layout for 3/8 shank x 3-1/4 long double-ended

Modification of TaylorsMake's end mill tray (from TV) to hold bare US standard 3/8" shank x 3.25" long double-end mills. The mods are:

• Higher density single-row layout holding 18 tools without the individual plastic cases
• Thicker perimeter and dividing walls for a bit more stiffness
• Compartments are 0.4" high so trays can be stacked

The pre-sliced gcode is for 0.3 resolution, 20% infill, and with a modifier slab that suppresses the top/bottom shells to leave the open honeycomb.

Bumping the infill from 20 to 25% will produce larger honeycomb cells; you might like that look.
