Sea Doo Bearing and Seal Installer Tools
I designed, printed and used these tools to install new jet pump bearings and seal on my 2002 Sea Doo GTI.

Description
PDFI printed them with 100% infill using PLA. I froze the bearings/seal and warmed the jet pump housing in my kitchen oven at 200F. Then I used a dead blow plastic mallet to pound them in. Tools are still in great shape and show no deformation or damage. Bearings and seals are in perfect nominal position per Sea Doo shop manual.
