Turn your old ESun plastic spool into a turntable/lazy suzan mechanism.
It has 5 parts, a top cover to close the hole, a bottom adapter for a bearing, a base that uses 3 623zz bearings for support, a rim that goes around the spool that should just clip easily similar to all the AMS printed cardboard spool adapters, and little wheels that go around the 608zzbearings.
Printing instructions:
3 walls, 0.2 layer height with 15% Gyroid infil for maximum strength.
Turn on presice wall and height.
Disable only one wall on top surfaces.
Wall order, inner/outer/inner.
For the wheels I printed them in vase mode to remove the seams and reduce friction, and disabled bottom layers, however, it created artifacts on the bottom and needed to be snipped off. I also set wall width to 0.6mm
For the base I suggest putting a height range modifier that starts on 6mm to the end, and giving it 4 wall loops for maximum strength of the bearing holders.
