Flanged bushing for wooden weight plate

Hi

This is a bushing for homemade wooden weightlifting plates able to fit an olympic weightlifting bar. It replaced the old broken bushing. It has now been tested in practice for three years and is able to sustain the loads from lightweight lifting. 
It is printed in PLA but a stronger material can be used.

The lifting clubs name has been debossed into the bushing.

Feel free to edit it for your homemade wooden weightlifting plates to help out your juniors in your club or just for your own home gym!
