Kask Superplasma P7R holder

Since the manufacturer does not offer a way to mount a headlamp in combination with the visor on the Kask Superplasma, I designed a mount myself. It uses the mounting point for the ear protection adapter and can therefore be mounted on the helmet without further modification. To protect the surface from scratches, I added a piece of foam between the mount and the helmet (optional).

Settings:

• material: ASA-CF
• 0,2mm layer
• 2 walls
• 20% gyroid infill
• no support needed

BoM for mounting:

• 3x M3 x 8mm screws (hex socket)
• 3x M3 nuts
• 1x foam rubber pad (self-adhesive / 1mm)

Assembly:

1. Remove the cover from the mounting point on the helmet
2. Glue foam rubber to the contact surface on the adapter (optional)
3. Insert one M3 nut into the adapter
4. Insert one M3 screw through the helmet from the inside and use it to secure the adapter
5. Insert the flashlight (LEDLENSER P7R) into the holder and secure it using the remaining two M3 screws/M3 nuts

Kask Superplasma P7R Halterung

Da es beim Kask Superplasma vom Hersteller keine Möglichkeit gibt eine Kopflampe in Kombination mit dem Visier zu montieren, habe ich selber eine Halterung designet. Diese verwendet den Montagepunkt für den Gehörschutzadapter und kann somit ohne weitere Modifikation am Helm montiert werden. Um die Oberfläche etwas vor Kratzern zu schützen, habe ich noch ein Stück Schaumstoff zwischen dem Halter und dem Helm montiert (optional).

BoM für Montage:

• 3x M3 x 8mm Schrauben (Innensechskant)
• 3x M3 Mutter
• 1x Moosgummi (selbstklebend / 1mm )

Montage:

1. Abdeckung des Montagepunktes auf dem Helm entfernen
2. Moosgummi auf die Kontaktfläche am Adapter kleben (optional)
3. M3 Mutter in den Adapter einlegen
4. M3 Schraube von innen durch den Helm stecken und den Adapter damit befestigen
5. Taschenlampe (LEDLENSER P7R) in den Halter einlegen und mithilfe der übrigen zwei M3 Schrauben / M3 Muttern befestigen

Achtung: 

Es handelt sich hierbei nicht um originales Zubehör, welches vom Hersteller freigegben wurde. Eine Verwendung erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung!
