quadlock interface for the best handlebar mount i know

This is just a different interface “spring” with a quadlock-style mounting interface. Use all other arts from the original model.

Since this is the best handlebar mount i know of i wanted to use it on my motorcycle too, even though this isn't really what it was intended for. Still works quite well

i just added a quadlock compatible mount to the interface spring
