You don't need to feel frustrated about having to hand-pick strands or bits of filament from the bottom deck of your Micron printer anymore! You can instead, use these buckets (originally designed by @3DeezNutz) but now in combination with the Micron Blobifier mod

The original two buckets were designed to be compatible with the Micron's own bed fans (i.e. size and airflow considerations) and the Blobifier bucket and corner bucket also take into consideration airflow needs. The Blobifier bucket was designed so it'd slightly press against the left bed extrusion to ensure it presses down on the Blobifier switch to determine the state of the bucket (installed or not) and reset blob counts.

The clips I've included in this model work best for my 1515 extrusion beams (which are the ones distributed by Bluerolls and Siboor), as the original one from 3DeezNuts weren't fitting correctly but give both a try.

Note: The two left buckets are sized according to the position of my own bed, which had to be pushed forward to make space for Boop (nozzle Z probe), so the exact length of each of bucket will need to be adjusted for other setups – for this, make sure to download the STEP files and modify the model according to your needs. The two right buckets could be kept as is for any Micron+ R1 (180mm) configuration, but the end of buckets might not neatly align with the end of the bed, which might make removing the corner bucket a bit more difficult.

Model origin

The author remixed this model.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

Shortened the length of the original side buckets to align with the Blobifier hardware.

The corner buckets are a new creation of mine, but following the same aesthetics.

The pins were redesigned for easier napping into 1515 extrusions that have narrower channels.
