This is an almost drop in replacement for the standard rear half of the nozzle. This one has a small crossbar that, when used with a rocket valve with a grub screw, allows you to adjust FPS with a 1.5mm hex key.
You will need to install an 8 or 10mm M3 grub screw from the front. (I would recommend using the jig provided to stop the rotation of the valve. I found it was a bit tight when initially just tapping the grub screw straight in, if so you can give it a bit of heat or use an M3 tap to get the first few mm started.)
Then switch the orings over from the standard one (9.5x1mm and 18.5x2mm (ODxCS)). After that just re-assemble like normal.
After installation you should just be able to put a 1.5mm hex key into the front of the nozzle and loosen to increase FPS, or tighten to reduce.
While this did seem to with with FDM printed PLA, I've heard other people mention that similar nozzles break with use. I have had mine MJF printed in PA12 and will try this out. I'll update this page if I have any breakages.
If you are FDM printing I would print both front up at .1mm layer height, with supports for both.
