I needed to be able to screw coach screws into the ground to act as pegs to hold guy ropes to hold up a 5m telescopic pole for a windsock and decorative items when flying my kites.
This handle does the trick, and saves me carrying around hammers or wrenches to put the screws in the ground. Screw it well in near the handle if you can, otherwise leverage will work against you. I can put all my weight on the rope when the screw is in my lawn, and it doesn't budge, so should be fine for most purposes with a 140mm cheap coach screw - my local timer store sells them for 60p each (GBP £0.60) and Toolstation sells huge M8 x 200mm ones for £3.39 for 10!
I used 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layers with Elegoo PLA+ so you should be able to use pretty much anything to print this. I used all standard settings for most of the model but with 30% lines infill, and then I added a block section in Cura for the area around the hex head for the screw and bulked it up in just that area by increasing the infill to 50% there and set it to 4 walls. Seems to be strong enough for the job, possible over-specced, I won't really know until I break one :o)
Post-processing - the hex is a perfect fit, the shank hole may be a bit snug especially if your first layer is well smushed and a bit elephant-footy! I've left it like this rather than tweak it, because it only takes one or two twists with a deburring tool to clear the fit slightly and then the shank will be nice and snug too, which is good for strength.
Thanks to the original designer for the nice body shape and the excellent tolerance and fit of the grub screw, I didn't modify those bits from the original.

Remixed mesh of main handle body to accommodate a standard M8 Coach Bolt head - any M8 coach screw length should be the same size hex head pattern.
Everything else is the same as original - grab the big “grub screw” from the original designer's model to lock the Coach Screw head in place in the model.
