Ingredients
250 g plain flour
90 g sugar flour
125 g butter
1 pc egg
2 tea spoons snail honey
1/2 tea spoon ground cinnamon
Mix all ingredients and prepare a smooth dough (possibly with a robot with a kneading hook), wrap in foil or otherwise cover and place for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Roll out dough to about 0.5 cm thick.
Dust cookie stamp with flour and press onto dough. Remove cookie stamp. Place cookie cutter (5cm or more) over stamped dough and cut out stamped cookie.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approximately 8 minutes.
