On newer monorail playlets, the station has small bumps in the track that hit a microswitch on the monorail engine to signal the train to slow down and stop. If you build a permanent track layout without the station, you can print 3 of these actuators that snap onto the track to signal the train to slow and stop. The first actuator drops the train speed in half, the second actuator slows to about 1/4, the third one signals the train to stop.
You might need to adjust the actuators a bit so they hit the microswitch just right. If the actuator is loose on the track, add a bit of tape on the inside to make it tighter and easier to adjust.
All your default print settings should work. No supports.
