Rear Cargo Rack for Bikes

This is a simple cargo rack for a non full suspension bike of any kind that can hold up to 10kg of weight. It has been designed with printed parts, D16.5mm and D13mm steel rods. Ive provided all Step-files of this model so that you can modify every part as you wish.

• 1x cargo-rack-rear
• 1x upper-link
• 1x upper-link-mirrored
• 2x lower-link
• 2x lower-link-mirrored
• 1x chainstay-connector
• 1x chainstay-connector-mirrored 
• 2x D16.5 135mm pipe
• 2x D16.5 280-350mm pipe
• 2x D13 300mm pipe
• 20x M6x16 BHCS
• 1x M6x60 BHCS/SHCS
• 21x M6 Hexnuts (Lock nuts are recommended)
• 4x zip ties

(The “mirrored” parts can be interchanged with regular parts, but they improve the assembly a lot.)

(If you are using regular hex nuts, I recommend securing them with Loctite.)

Print parameters and orientation 

• min. 4 Wall-loops (1.6mm wall thickness)
• min 30% Infill
• all 3mf-files are in the recommended orientation

Assembly
