bike frame to luggage carrier mount

I created a mount that allowed me to use a spare Tubus luggage carrier I had lying around on my Surly Cross Check frame. The standard mounts couldn't properly bridge the angle and distance. Openings in the mount were included for functionality and to save material. I had one printed in metal because my son still rides in his seat on the back, so I wanted maximum strength. This is version 4.
