IMPORTANT: print with enough walls so that it's just walls. Safety is involved here, it's gotta be strong, and please TEST before use. Try squeezing the lever with both hands as hard as you can before going on a test ride.
If you have nylon, it's probably a good choice. I only have PETG though and it works well.
Print flat on the flat face with no support needed, 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, plenty of walls.
