This model features a Citroën DS silhouette, the Citroën logo, and the text “Citroën Veteranen Club” inside a decorative frame.
The special effect: the elements appear to float freely within the frame.
At first glance, it may look impossible to print – the filament bridges are much longer than what 3D printers are usually capable of. It may look like magic, but it’s not impossible – it just works!
However, I achieved this by applying a special modeling technique that allows the printer to create these fine bridges reliably.
For successful printing, the model should be placed lying on its back. This avoids problematic overhangs and makes the floating effect work perfectly.
A unique decorative piece for Citroën fans and vintage car enthusiasts!
