Mini Rugged Cases for Film and Camera Batteries

Variants are currently available for 3x 35mm film and 2x Fujifilm NP-W126S rechargeable batteries; I may design more for other items if requested (please provide dimensions). 

Printing and Assembly

Print in the most impact-resistant material you have access to (ABS preferred). Increase perimeter count until the walls are solid. The cases can be made relatively watertight (not guaranteed) by laying down a  ~1mm thick bead of silicone sealant inside the groove on the bottom half and allowing it to cure before closing the case. I recommend adding a strip of 2mm thick EPDM foam tape inside the top cover to cushion the items inside. Assemble as shown in the photos.

• 3x M2x20mm socket head cap screw
• 3x M2 x 3mm diameter x 3mm depth threaded insert

2x fujifilm np-w126s case:

• 2x M2x20mm socket head cap screw
• 1x M2x16mm socket head cap screw
• 3x M2 x 3mm diameter x 3mm depth threaded insert
