This is a slimline case for the Unfolded Remote 3 that prints in 2 or more parts with no supports and is assembled with a friction fit. It's designed to be thin enough that you can still use a wireless charger.
There are 3 variants of the case:

Print a top and bottom part, the flat faces of both parts should be down on the print bed.
Place the remote in the bottom half of the case. Place the front half of the case on top and press down at the top of the remote to click it into place, press down the sides until you engage the lip all the way to the bottom edge.
You can pry apart the case on the long sides of the remote, it's easiest to use a plastic prying tool if you have one.
You should follow the calibration instructions below to work out which tolerance you need. Not all size variations have been uploaded yet, please leave a comment if you need a specific version.
Using the TPU Print Settings below will make a big difference in the quality of the print, make sure you follow them.Using the TPU Print Settings below will make a big difference in the quality of the print, make sure you follow them.
For the Full version print the top and bottom halves of the case - the flat faces of both parts should be down on the print bed.
For the Split version print the upper and lower front/back pairs - the flat faces of both parts should be down on the print bed.
A set of calibration files are provided in the Calibration folder as you will need a version with different tolerances depending on the hardness of the TPU filament used.
There are a set of test prints so you do not waste filament. Unless your filament is already listed in the table, It's recommended to start in the bottom right of the TLS and TCF settings table below and work your way towards “Weakest Connection” if it's too hard to fit the halves together.
If you cannot get a good fit with any of these calibration sizes please leave a comment and I'll try to provide an appropriate version.

The settings TLS (TPU Lobe Size) and TCF (TPU Calibration Factor) are in the file names.

Print the calibration pieces with the slot/lobe facing upwards to match.

It's recommended to connect the TPU pieces together without the remote the first time to ensure it has a good fit all the way around the seam. When you put it on the remote you will need to squeeze the case halves together at the edge and work around the perimeter in a loop.
