I used 8x12cm ziplock bags from aliexpress and a generic stickersheet that I printed onto for the labels. The ziplock bags are convenient because you have a place to put your resistors if you want to keep them after ripping them out of the roll.
Holo effect on the dividers comes from the buildplate in your printer, not from the model itself.
