Warnings!
- Do not use countersunk head screws! Use only screws with a flat head on the bottom.
- There is very little free space on the PCB around the mounting holes. For this reason:
- Be sure to carefully check that the screw heads are not too large.
- Confirm that there is sufficient space around all mounting elements.
- Assemble the PCB to the mounting frame very carefully to avoid damaging the components.
Notes
- Brass hot melt inserts must not protrude above the surface.
If precise placement is a problem, it's better for them to be slightly recessed than to stick out. - Due to limited free space, the mounting holes in the PCB mounting frame are designed with very little clearance - if they turn out to be too tight in the printout, they can be slightly filed out.
