Bosch pex400 sandpaper organizer

This a organizer for sandpaper disc for the Bosch orbital sander PEX400. It should be installed in the box of the sander. see picture. 
The organizer is divided in 9 compartments. Each compartment can store about 10 discs.

Print instructions

no special print instruction, print it as light as possible to save plastic. 10% infill with support cubic is absolutely enough

Installation

• reorganize the box:
  • get rid of not needed paperwork (e.g. the the manual not in your language) to save vertical space
  • relocate the dust collector to the left side (see picture). Cut the fin (left green circle) with an exacto knife in shape to hold the thingy firmly while not bending the neighboring  wall too much
  • relocate the disc applicator from right place to left next to the dust collectors new home
  • roll the power cord nicely
  • now you should have a big nice space for the sandpaper organizer
• install the organizer
  • put double sided tape at the bottom of the organizer
  • dry fit the organizer
  • there are cut outs for the fins. Perhaps you have to shape/cut it with an exacto (right green circles)
  • stick the organizer in place
