Simple circular BMX style bowl bicycle helmet with an inner diameter of 22mm. Black metal gardening wire is a nice way to get a realistic, solid, chin strap.
Probably fits most handlebar dragons and is a nice functional bicycle addition to explain helmets to toddlers :-)
