Using leftover extrusions from an Ender 3 v2, I designed this stand to true a few wheels I had from old bike projects. It's obviously not as nice as a dedicated Park Tools stand, but it does the job for quick adjustments on a slightly wobbly wheel.
 

Attached is the Fusion360 project you can use to adapt the wheel supports for your particular wheels (Thru Axles, etc…)

I've also added smaller (33 vs 40mm wide) vertical support if your wheels are particularly wide.

You can assemble the base using the regular Ender3 screws going through the square extrusion. Most of the plastic parts are assembled using TNuts in the slots, except for the wheel supports that are screwed into the ends of the Z Axis extrusions.
