This is a simple frame for the ByteDelight ZX Diag Cart for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum. I didn't want to use the rubber feet, but preferred something that was looking a bit more professional. 😉 The diag cart is just clipped into the frame. Thanks to the open top, you can easily access all jumpers, buttons and switches, and you can still admire the beautifully assembled board.
The frame is optimized for a Diag Cart where only the upper side of the edge connector was bent down to the PCB. It should also work with an edge connector where both the upper and lower side was bent, but I could not test that.
The part is printed without supports. I have used PLA and a layer height of 0.20mm, but PETG should work as well.
