RepRackHanger IKEA HUGARD Extension

This is an extension for CNC Kitchen’s RepRack Hanger for IKEA HUGAD 28mm.
It allows you to store filament spools up to 300 mm in diameter, such as 2.5 kg spools from Extrudr, while still supporting smaller spools on the original hanger.
Designed to integrate seamlessly with the original RepRack Hanger, providing extra capacity without losing compatibility.

Usage: The extension simply slides onto the original hanger as shown in the photos. For permanent installation, the two parts should be fixed together with a small amount of super glue.

Printing information

The STL file is correctly aligned.

Layer height: 0.2 mm
Perimeter: Use at least 3 perimeters for strength
Infill: 15 %
Support: no
