Moody Friend Fog Bust
A dramatic way to say “Don’t talk to me right now.”

Problem:
My friend’s mood can flip from “friendly sunshine” to “storm warning” in under 30 seconds. He wanted a sign to warn people when he was in a bad mood.
Solution:
I skipped the sign and went straight for drama:
A bust of his head with an ultrasonic fog machine inside.
When he’s grumpy, he flips a switch and—whoosh!—fog billows out of his ears and nose. Subtle? No. Effective? Absolutely.

Convert to 3D model using Hyper3D Rodin
Prep in Fusion 360
Scale up ~4×, reduce triangle count, convert mesh to solid
Cut out a hollow chamber for the mist machine using the “cutout.stl"
Add “pipes” from chamber to ears and nose
Print & Assemble
Print bust in one piece
Insert mist maker + fan (both on same 24 V supply)
Add the splash shield. (Leave the splash shield out and you will have flooding!)
Add water (approx 2 cm water above ceramic plate—don’t overfill).
Switch it On
Bad mood? Flip the switch and watch the steam show.
Works in other designs—dragons, teapots, haunted houses…
“Hat” cover is optional for using mist maker standalone
My device auto-shuts off when water is low (handy!)
Now my friend doesn’t need to explain when he’s cranky—his head literally vents steam.
Build your own, and share pics so I can admire your moody masterpieces!
Do not forget to give me a few hearts.
