Wrist Wrench - Multi Spinner - Arm Wrestling

Dynamic multi spinner with four strap holes. 45 mm wide, 170 mm tall.

Depending on where you attach the strap, it can be used as a multi spinner (1 hole) or a wrist wrench (2–4 holes).

Printed in PLA with 35% gyroid infill. I recommend gyroid for strength and even load distribution. Optionally, you can increase the walls to 3-4.
