The (2018 model) Vizio P65-E1 TV I have is designed to blast sound off a wall and reproject back to you. Well, this doesn't work if you turn your TV away from a wall, and can be quite annoying if you are sitting behind it when someone cranks the volume because they cannot hear it. I designed this to help redirect and amplify the TV's audio to the front of the TV. It works well but it's no soundbar.

The design fills the gap between the feet of the TV and the display above it while remaining flush to the front of the display itself; requiring no need to mount or tape anything (unless it's not on its feet). I measured and modeled to very tight tolerances, you may want to keep this into consideration (so finishing might be required).

I'm including two designs I made, one that uses a fair amount of bridging, and a more open version that only uses three perimeters to clear the center gap. I didn't use supports inside the speaker for either, but if your printer cannot bridge well you may want to.

Ultimately, I'm using one of each design on my TV. The non-bridge version came as an idea to reduce plastic while I was printing the first version. They provide a good amplification effect, and any difference between the two is unnoticeable.

Notes:

You'll need two of these!!! I printed this model on it's back and used Tree Supports in Cura for the overhangs. I ran this at 120 mm/s because this doesn't need to be pretty, Cura gave me a 4-hour print estimate, but it took me 7 hours 12 minutes (reduced bridging model). I printed this with 0% infill at 3 perimeters thick with a wall thickness of 0.4mm on a 0.4mm nozzle.

If you have a small build area, you've been warned. The max dimensions are 145mmX130mmX150mm.
