I designed this model to provide an exceptionally slim flashlight option unlike anything on the market. It uses the tiny yet mighty MicroStream Rechargeable Flashlight and a couple pieces of Standard M-LOK Hardware.
Printing -
-Print the file in the same standing orientation which it is uploaded. this will require some supports and a brim.
-Use enough perimeters to make the part solid.
-Print using a strong, ductile, and heat resistant filament. I used PET-CF.
Installation -
-You'll need to stretch the print over the flashlights narrow diameter region, this can take quite a bit of force to accomplish so be careful not to hurt your hands or damage the print.
-Once the flashlight is in, you can mount the flashlight to the rail using standard M-LOK hardware.
If extra space is required for clearance print the spacer file provided, multiple of these can be stacked if needed. longer screws may be required if these are used.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
