MT03 Horn button extender

Adds a pad for the horn button on the Yamaha MT03 model

To fastened the parts together I used superglue for connector and pad and for connector and hook I used a screw (M4x6) and a nut.

To keep the hook on the handlebar I used two layers of double sided tape.
