TPU Cupholder multi-size for vehicle

Instead of a living spring design, TPU is used to provide tension against cups of all sizes. Tested with a Wendy's medium, and a Large Yeti. This was originally for a 2017 Chevy custom center console box, probably will work in other models as well. 

Recommended to print outer shell from durable UV resistant materials, ASA, ABS, PET-CF.

Recommended to print Inner shell from 95A TPU. 

Inner liner can be glued in or left removable for cleaning. Should be about 0.15mm clearance between parts, scale either piece for a tighter or looser fit.  Top layers of both prints should be flush, may need to trim the TPU bottom edge.

Print brim side down without supports if you trust your printer and material choice to bridge. Otherwise print bottom side down for clean internal surfaces, but you will need tree supports for the brim.
