RackStud - M6 - M8 - M10... Screws and Nuts, Hex and Knurled

I made this screw and nut set with the “Modular 10inch Server Rack” in mind.
I wanted the hex nut to be flush with the rails.
Also never liked these long hex rackstuds. I wanted knurled ones, not too short and not too long.

Used screws in my server rack:

• 18mm hex screw (5mm head height)
• 28mm knurled screw (7mm head height)
• 10mm knurled knobs

I just uploaded a small set of sizes.
If you need other sizes, then just grab the Fusion360 file and change the parameter to fit your needs!

There you can configure:

• screw size
• screw length
• shaft length
• head type
• head height
• …

I printed these screws with PETG standing up and they are really strong!
