Disclaimer: this is definitely not the best / easiest to print headset holder around. This was more of an excuse for me to experiment with dovetail joints running along an arc. You're probably better off searching for generic SKÅDIS headset holders instead.

Required

  • Print a Universal Hook from CSD_Salzburg
  • A printer & filament setup with as minimal a dimensional deviation you can get, as the tolerances are tight (but any looser and the dovetail joint would be loose)
  • A slicer with variable layer height, to minimise the amount of friction on the joint. You can use automatic/adaptive layer height, or do it by hands as such:

Assembly

Push the holder into the base's dovetail joint. You might need decent force against a solid surface to get the 2 parts to line up. Insert the universal hook in the stem, and install on the SKÅDIS board.
