Gridfinity 12ml paint tube holder - Wider holes

This is a remix of joepie91's paint tube holder for 12ml tubes with slightly wider holes, so it fits my paints that had a taper from 11.5 to 13mm. Does not require any supports and seems strong enough with default settings, but I lowered the infill wo 5% without issues.

The only difference is that the holes have been made 0.5mm wider, as one of my paint sets didn't quite fit in the original.
