Prusa Core One anti de-spooling unit / Abrollendes Filament

sometimes I have the issue that a full spool at the Prusa Core One leads to some troube with self unwinding layers. Lets call it de-spooling. I had one failed print because of that problem.

To reduce/avoid this problem from happening, I created an anti de-spooling unit. It comes with magnets to mount on the case  of a Core One. This creates enough tension/friction to avoid this issue.

You will need 15 magnets with 8x3mm size per each unit. -→ Link 8x3mm magnets

The magnets fit very tight without glue and will snap in with some force!

I am using currently 2 of those units with success. 

Print settings:

• PETG
• 0,28mm layer height
• 25% Infill with gyroid
• no supports

Hallo zusammen,

manchmal habe ich am Prusa Core One das Problem, dass volle Spulen sich selbst abrollen. Ich hatte deswegen bereits einen Fehldruck.

Um das Problem zu reduzieren/vermeiden habe ich eine Anti Abroll-Vorrichtung gebastelt. Es wird mit Magneten versehen um es an das Gehäuse des Prusa Core One zu hängen. Dadurch wird genug Spannung/Reibung aufgebaut um das Problem damit zu vermeiden. 

Pro Vorrichtung werden 15 Magnete der Größe 8x3mm benötigt. -→ Link 8x3mm Magnete

Die Magnete sitzen sehr fest und schnappen mit etwas Kraft und ohne Kleber in die Öffnungen!

Derzeit verwende ich 2 Vorrichtungen und das klappt ohne Probleme.

• PETG
• 0,28mm Schichthöhe
• 25% gyroid Füllung
• keine supports
