I designed this hotend cooling fan duct for the Elegoo Neptune 3 series (Pro, Plus, and Max) as a recreation of the original factory part.
This model is a direct replacement in case the original part breaks, gets lost, or you simply need a spare. It fits perfectly and is designed to the same specifications as the stock part.

The same screws and fan that came with the printer are used.

πΉ2 allen screws to fasten the complete extruder.

First step, remove the 2 allen screws with an allen key

Second step, disconnect the fan cables from both sides (2 cables with 2 pins each)

Third step, remove the 4 phillips-head screws that hold the extruder carriage bracket.

Fourth step, remove the bracket from the extruder carriage and take out the 3 black phillips-head screws on each fan (one of the screws on each fan is on the other side, and make sure the arrow is pointing downwards to push the air down).
