Phone Mount Adapter for BMW F800S

Custom-made adapter for the BMW F800S (clip-on handlebars) to easily mount your phone holder.
Designed to fit  into the fork bridge cutouts.

The Adapter consists of 2 main Parts and 3 Standard Parts for 1 side:

• 1x Upper Part
• 1x Lower Part
• 1x Hexagon Head Bolt: DIN 933 - M8 x 30
• 1x Plain flat washer: DIN 125 / ISO 7089 for M8
• 1x Nut: ISO 4032 - M8

The standard parts do not have to correspond exactly to the same standard, but they are the ones I used.

If you want it to look symmetrical, you can also print the parts for the other side. You'll then need the three standard parts again.

(In the modelfiles you can find the 2 Main parts for left and right. Unfortunately, I was unable to mirror the step files due to problems with my CAD software)

Print Settings:

Nozzle: 0,4mm

Layer height: 0,2mm

Infill: Upper Part: 100%                              Lower Part: 30%

Top Shell Layers: 8

Wall Loops: 4

Supports: Upper Part: No                              Lower Part: Yes

Assembly

Press the nut into the hexagonal recess of the lower part and mount the entire adapter on your motorcycle.
