Description

PDF

A simple five-minute modeling exercise and a half-hour print. This is a corner protector for a night stand, made from TPU 90A material using a piece of 3M double-sided adhesive tape

Print instructions:

  • Material: TPU 90A
  • Layer: 0,2 mm
  • Perimeters: 2
  • Infill: 15%
  • Supports: No
  • Brim: No

This model does not require any special settings, more details in the attached 3MF file.

Part list:

  • Printed part [x1]
  • double-sided adhesive tape [x3]

Assembly instructions:

First, thoroughly clean and degrease all surfaces you intend to glue. Apply double-sided adhesive tape to all three inner sides of the protector—I recommend a trusted brand like 3M. Next, remove the protective paper from the tape and slowly and carefully press the corner guard into place. Make sure that all three adhesive surfaces are firmly attached.

If you don't succeed on the first try, don't worry. Very carefully remove the protector, thoroughly clean the surfaces again, preferably using a special adhesive tape remover to get rid of any residue, and repeat the entire process.
