PDFI am in the process of learning a new CAD program called FreeCAD.
This is something that I designed to improve my skills.
Works well with FDM/SLA/SLS
O.35mm tolerance between the teeth. Left loose on purpose to spin freely.
Print settings I used:
Prusa Core One and XL
0.2mm layer height
PETG-CF
5% infill
3 walls/perimeters
Total Time To Print: 1hour 32 minutes
