Mandalorian Swivel Helmet

This helmet is an involved build and requires additional hardware to assemble.  The scale of this helmet is a Mens Medium (23" head circumference).  Simply scale the helmet up or down to fit you properly.  I have shared the STEP file as well for adjustment/remix purposes.  This design lends itself well to new visor designs, I'm excited to see what the community comes up with!

Hardware:

Ear cup mechanism pivot: 2x M6x14mm screws.  M6 nut use optional (ear style 1)

Visor assembly hardware: 6-8x M4x10mm set screws

Dome: Split body and single part versions.  Split body uses 4x 3x10mm pins to secure the dome lid to the dome
