Fruit picker

Hardware required: 

• Broom or painter stick with threaded end

• 5 x bolts M5 minimum 15 mm length 

• 5 x bolts M5 minimum 20 mm length

• 5 X Rubber bands 

• String for pulling mechanism 

For fingers only tried PETG and works fine. Print on the given orientation, no need of supports. 

Two ways to put the elastic bands

Also there is a version for avocados which doesn't rely on the flexibility of the fingers:

• made the finger connection to link on one side only, so no need of supports
• modified the joints to use M5 bolts 
• remove hinges on fingers & replaced by fixed flaps
