My clothes rack blew over in the wind and the plastic part that holds the arm up broke. A few hours of modelling later and I had a PETG replacement that seems to work fine.
The clothes rack had steel tubing with an outside diameter of 20mm and the wire in the outside of the wire arms was 5mm OD. It also has a hole where this attaches that is 7mm ID.
So the 3mf is for those dimension. But your rack may differ so I have included the FreeCad file and you should just be able to modify the variables in the VarSet to adjust for yours. If it all goes weird delete the chamfers as they can be redone once the main body is correct.
I printed in PETG with tree supports and the piece sitting flat so the arm and the locking cylinder were level with the bed. This is critical so that the layers lines are oriented correctly so this can flex without breaking.
Attach some makes if you find it useful.
