The Hook for Skadis Board, Skadi hanger holder

This hook was originally created as part of a CAD design exercise during my continuing education.
I liked the result so much that I decided to refine and adapt it for my IKEA Skadis board.

The design combines functionality and elegance, a compact, sturdy hook with clean lines that fits perfectly into the Skadis grid system.

I tested various print orientations to achieve the best print quality with minimal overhangs.
Eventually, I even designed a custom removable support element, which you can simply lever off after printing, 

no slicer supports required.
